What has the candidate done in the past? What will the candidate do in the future?

During my first term on the City Council:

Accomplishments

Revitalized the Public Library System

Opened two new Fire Stations

Increased Police and Fire Personnel

Opened the Soccer Park

The Cypress Ave. Bridge project in progress

Widening of South Bonneyview

Widening of Churn Creek Road

Removed the roof from Downtown Mall

Began Phase One work on the Stillwater Business Park

In The Future:

Challenges-Opportunities

Continue improving the Downtown area, work to attract a first run movie theatre.
Encourage outside dining and open green spaces to encourage pedestrians.

Fiscal Responsibility
I will work to maintain the 10 year Budget Plan, assure a minimum 5% reserve. I will not commit to one-time money, to on-going costs.

Avoid Sprawl
Encourage in-fill development

Growth
Growth should pay for its self and traffic circulation.
